Problems vs Situations

Every problem has a solution. If there’s no solution, then it’s not a problem, it’s a situation. It’s quite likely that the situation exists in your mind, that is, a thought forms the situation. Change it. Don’t trust your thoughts; they’re often manipulated by people through external events, intentionally or otherwise. Problem-solving is a great skill, and identifying the matter at hand is an art form.

Is the problem a naturally occurring type or is it induced by external motives? If it’s the former, it can be a fulfilling experience to solve it. The latter usually occurs at the workplace. One situation after another over a long period of time isn’t sustainable. A workplace debilitated by politics is unproductive and unhealthy.
