Core Principles
- Trust the ritual — follow the process, let the results take care of themselves.
- There are people in the world capable of real harm. Accept this without losing empathy.
- Life doesn’t offer easy solutions. Make peace with that and keep moving.
- Everything passes. Do what you know you should do.
Rules and Constraints
- Ship it. Good enough today beats perfect never.
- When in doubt, start — not plan, not research, not organize. Start.
- Internet: two blocks of 20 minutes, scheduled. Outside those, it’s off.
- One thing at a time. If it’s not the current task, write it down immediately and move on.
- Every day: 7 minutes of exercise. Every meal: stop at 80% full. No negotiation.
- Read at least 30 minutes every day. If you abandon a book, write one sentence on why — then you’re free to move on.
- Write one paragraph minimum every day. No audience, no polish.
Gratitude
- There’s nothing like being pain-free, breathing, and moving with ease.
- My wife is my best friend.
- If I die today, I’ll die satisfied — wonderful experiences, real accomplishments. But I’m not done.
Visualize the Day
- Structure your day so you leave work without carrying it home.
- Visualize the hardest part of the day. See yourself moving through it.
1-Year Direction
- Reach 72 kg by end of 2026.

5-Year Direction
- Perform 10 songs on guitar for my wife, family, or friends — Christmas, New Year’s, or any occasion worth celebrating.

- Write the first draft of my memoir.
How I Live Now
